BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 4106-4110 10th Avenue, being on the southeast line of 10th Avenue northeast of East 42nd Street. Lots 8, 9, and 10, block 1, Subdivision of the West half of Lot 9, DeSabla Home Place, as shown by plat of record in plat book 5, page 9, R.O.H.C. Said lots form one tract beginning on the southeast line of 10th Avenue 100 feet northeast of the intersection of the southeast line of 10th Avenue with the northeast line of East 42nd Street, fronting 150 feet on 10th Avenue, and extending southeast 115 feet between parallel lines to the northwest line of a 10 foot alley. from R-2 Residential Zone to M-1 Manufacturing Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning from R-2 Residential Zone to M-1 Manufacturing Zone shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. No access shall be allowed to 10th avenue. 2. The north, west and south property lines shall be screened with a six foot tall sight-obscuring wooden fence. 3. The use of the property shall be restricted to that of a wrecker service and garage or any other lawful use in an R-2 Residential Zone. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it.
